Kevin Owens keeps asking for a big WrestleMania match.
Kevin Owens has faced the likes of Steve Austin, Sami Zayn, The Usos (Jimmy Uso & Jey Uso), Shane McMahon & Daniel Bryan (Bryan Danielson), Sami Zayn, Chris Jericho, Seth Rollins, and more in his WrestleMania history.
He's set to share the ring with another legend at WrestleMania 40 when he battles Randy Orton and Logan Paul in a triple threat match for the WWE United States Championship.
Appearing on Fanatics Live, Owens says he asks Shawn Michaels for a match every year, but has yet to receive a "yes."
"I keep bothering Shawn Michaels every year to come back. He just won't. He's so nice about it every year. This year, I texted him, he didn't answer me for two months and then when he answered me it was to say, 'Well, I know I'm a little late, but I just had shoulder surgery, so I don't think it's happening.' You could've said no two months ago. You didn't have to get cut for it," he joked.
Michaels recently said that he may have some "single shot" superkicks left in him, but nothing too impressive. You can find his full comments by clicking here.
