Kevin Owens has many ways to get under the skin of his opponents, one being wearing t-shirts of past gimmicks or significant others.
During his feud with Cody Rhodes, Owens wore a Stardust shirt, which was the hardest of them to track down.
"The Stardust t-shirt that I wore during my feud with Cody, it’s very hard to find Stardust t-shirts that were licensed by WWE because that’s what we wear on the TV shows. There are plenty of Stardust t-shirts that people made, but I can’t wear that. I found it on a website of a store, but I guarantee those shirts must have been in a warehouse collecting dust for the last ten years. I’m sure I’m the first person to order that thing in at least ten years, if not more. Maybe eight years because that’s when Stardust was around. I don’t remember how much I paid for it, but that was definitely the one I had to dig the deepest for to get. I had to wash it a couple of times to make it bearable," Owens told Cousin Sal on Against All Odds.
Elsewhere during the interview, Owens stated he pays for all the shirts he's worn. You can find his full comments by clicking here.
