Kota Ibushi took to Instagram to reveal that he and Kenny Omega reunited and did some training together.
Ibushi said that they are far from done, and AEW was next.
Omega has been sidelined since December with diverticulitis. He was on the May 1st episode of AEW Dynamite where he was attacked by Kazuchika Okada and The Young Bucks (Matthew Jackson & Nicholas Jackson).
It is unknown when Omega will return to TV or the ring.
Ibushi hasn't wrestled on AEW TV since the November 15, 2023 episode of AEW Dynamite.
