Kota Ibushi is still All Elite.
On August 6 it was announced that Kota Ibushi would compete at the August 25th DDT Pro Wrestling event. He later clarified that he got permission from AEW to compete at the event.
He continued to clarify, saying that AEW is his home and he will fully comeback with Kenny Omega.
No, my home is AEW. We'll see a full comeback with Kenny.

Omega has been sidelined since December with diverticulitis. He was on the May 1st episode of AEW Dynamite where he was attacked by Kazuchika Okada and The Young Bucks (Matthew Jackson & Nicholas Jackson).
It is unknown when Omega will return to TV or the ring.
Ibushi hasn't wrestled on AEW TV since the November 15, 2023 episode of AEW Dynamite.
