In what ultimately amounts to good news, Kota Ibushi suffered only a concussion during his Wrestle Kingdom 13 bout against Will Ospreay.
NJPW.com reports that Ibushi's condition is "not described as serious."
Ibushi took a number of stiff blows to the head during the match, but the hardest shot came near the end of the bout when Ospreay flattened him with an elbow to the back of the head. Ibushi was taken out of the ring on a stretcher following the bout.
Really hope and pray Ibushi is okay. That is absolutely brutal looking. Will not accept both Takahashi AND Ibushi on the injured list--#njwk13 pic.twitter.com/aXPNKEhaYX

Hopefully he's alright.
He took some hits in that one, and his mush ended up looking similar to that of a certain 'Man' a couple of months ago.#njwk13 pic.twitter.com/hxRakeRSwl
Ospreay was victorious in the match, finishing off Ibushi with the Storm Breaker to win the NEVER Openweight Title.
