Hart looked like she had the bout won with her trademark moonsault, but Statlander was able to get her foot on the rope to break up the pin. Hart locked in the heartless submission, to try and tap out Statlander, but the TBS Champion was able to power out of the hold and turn it into a tombstone piledriver.

Statlander held the tombstone, picking Hart back up and hitting the Big Bang Theory for the victory.

At one point in the bout, Hart looked like she was going to blow mist into the face of Statlander, but Statlander countered with a brutal slap.

This marked the twelfth successful title defense for Statlander. She won the title at AEW Double or Nothing by defeating Jade Cargill. This was Hart's first singles loss since losing to Statlander in April 2022 on AEW Dark. She had won 28 straight matches before falling to Statlander again.
