Kurt Angle comments on Will Ospreay signing with All Elite Wrestling.
AEW recently announced Will Ospreay as their latest blockbuster signing. Ospreay is known for having modern-day classic bouts and he has now received high praise from someone who made a career out of having classic matches, Kurt Angle
Angle stated on the most recent episode of his podcast, The Kurt Angle Show, that he is a fan of Ospreay and believes that "The Arieal Assassin" will keep AEW grounded in what Kurt described as "the Wild West."
"Will, he's a European wrestler, and he's a great technician. I love his work. I think he's going to be a great addition to the company. AEW is like the 'Wild Wild West.' They're doing some crazy ass matches but this guy will keep them contained. He'll keep them sticking with the old-school technique wrestling, which is what I like, and I think that Will Ospreay is one of the better ones to do that," said Kurt.
When Will Ospreay signed with AEW at AEW Full Gear, he revealed that he plans on finishing up with New Japan Pro-Wrestling, but he will be All Elite as part of the road to AEW Revolution, which typically takes place In March.
