Kurt Angle Teases Return Of "Wrestling Machine" Gimmick

2017 gave way to the WWE in-ring return of Kurt Angle, but it doesn't appear as if we've seen the last of him in that regard.

On Saturday, the WWE Raw General Manager Angle posted to Instagram about his fondness for his 'wrestling machine" gimmick that he portrayed throughout 2005 and 2006, teasing a possible return.

Angle started wearing a mouth guard during the period, and would eventually move on to the ECW brand as WWE tried to establish it. Unfortunately for both sides, a substance abuse issue and WWE's unwillingness to allow Angle to move to a part-time wrestling schedule soured their relationship for a decade and he moved on to great success in TNA wrestling.
