LA Knight and Roman Reigns have met face-to-face.
Roman Reigns thought he was going to start the season premiere of SmackDown on October 13 by squaring off with John Cena, but John Cena threw him a curveball and introduced him to LA Knight.
When Roman questioned who Knight thought he was, Knight informed Reigns that he was the fastest-rising star in all of WWE SmackDown. Reigns had a face-off with Knight but Paul Heyman begged him to make the megastar wait for his own time.

LA Knight had the crowd eating out of the palm of his hands in Tulsa but The Bloodline eventually blindsided him and a singles match was made between Knight and Solo Sikoa.
