Dating back to his days at Eli Drake, LA Knight has always had the gift of gab.
Thus far during his run in NXT, Knight has been given plenty of time on the mic, including "walk and talk" promos where he speaks to the camera and the audience as he walks around backstage and heads to the ring.
Speaking to Busted Open Radio, LA Knight described the freedom he has on the mic in NXT.
"I don't know how or why, but I've been given a decent amount of trust in that area to the point where they're kind of letting me freestyle on a lot of it. Any of those walk-ups just before my match or before commercial, where I'm walking up and talking, that's all off the top. There's a lot that stuff where I'm free to run and I dig that. I don't know if everybody is getting that, but I'm digging the fact that I got that going right now," he said.
Knight scored a big victory in the ring on Tuesday's NXT, defeating Dexter Lumis in singles competition.
