Lacey Evans: After WrestleMania, I Want To Work And Prove That I Should Be A Champion

Lacey Evans wants to work for her opportunities and prove she can be a WWE Champion.

Lacey Evans has headlined WWE pay-per-views, competed at WrestleMania, taken part in Royal Rumble matches, and more during her time in WWE. One thing she has not done yet, however, is win a championship belt.

Speaking with Denise Salcedo ahead of WWE WrestleMania 39, Evans said that she's disappointed not to be on the card for Wrestlemania. Still, following the event, she plans on taking every single opportunity to prove that she should be a WWE Women's Champion in the near future.

"I mean, I want to work. Never once in my entire life have I ever been given anything, and I don't want anything handed to me. I've liked how my career has gone. I like that I don't just come running out, and when I win a title, I want to work for it. So, I think, after WrestleMania, every opportunity that I get, that, I fight for, that I work for that I bang on doors for, I'm going to take it for what it is, an opportunity to show the world that I am the prime example of what every woman should be, what every woman can be. I should be a WWE Champion," said Lacey.

This year's WrestleMania will feature four women's matches and two championship matches for the women. Fans can check out the full card for WrestleMania 39 at this link.
