Lana's mother is currently hospitalized with COVID-19.
She revealed on Twitter last night that her mom had difficulty breathing and was then sent to the emergency room. It was then revealed that Lana's mother, who is asthmatic, tested positive for COVID-19 and is in the ICU.

Lana would later reveal that her dad has also tested positive for COVID-19.

A number of WWE employees have revealed in recent weeks that they also tested positive for COVID-19, including Jamie Noble, Adam Pearce, Renee Young, and Kayla Braxton. It was previously reported that at least 30 people who have been at the WWE Performance Center over the last three weeks have tested positive for COVID-19. More people tested positive following the latest round of testing last week.
Following reports of multiple positive tests, WWE put out a statement saying, "WWE will continue COVID-19 testing of its talent, production crew and employees in advance of TV productions for the foreseeable future."
