Lance Storm is set to join IMPACT Wrestling as a producer.
On a recent episode of Figure Four Daily, Lance Storm stated he will be joining IMPACT Wrestling as a producer beginning next week (Mar. 22) at their television tapings in Windsor, Ontario. Storm said, "It is not a permanent position, it is a bit of a test to see if I like the job and if they like my ability to do the job.”
Storm may not have much experience as a producer but he wrestled in ECW, WCW, and WWE from 1997 to 2005. He's also one of the top wrestlers-turned-trainers in the business as his Storm Wrestling Academy has produced talents such as Tyler Breeze, Peyton Royce, and Oney Lorcan. Storm did a guest training spot at the WWE Performance Center last summer as well.
IMPACT Wrestling headquarters are based in Toronto, Canada with Storm acquaintances Don Callis and Scott D'Amore serving as Executive Vice Presidents. The company just lost longtime wrestlers and producers Sonjay Dutt and Abyss to WWE.
Fightful will have full spoilers from IMPACT's television tapings following their conclusion next week.
