The WWE and USA Network often use Neilson ratings to gauge interest in their programs. With technology increasing, the ratings systems haven't changed that much, and we're stuck not getting an appropriate quarter-hour breakdown. Fightful.com brings you a breakdown of the company's weekly Youtube Rankings for each show.
Better late than never, but we have last week's NXT and Cruiserweight classic Youtube rankings. As the CWC has moved on and matches are getting longer, we've decided to group the rankings altogether with NXT. In what isn't much of a surprise, Kota Ibushi and Cedric Alexander's critically acclaimed match led the way last Wednesday with 323,000 views. This is almost as much as the bottom two NXT segments combined. The only other CWC clip, Gran Metalik vs. Tajiri, did an impressive 275k views.
Bayley and Asuka's contract signing was the NXT leader, but couldn't touch the Alexander/Ibushi match. Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano struggled to crack 100k, and Mojo Rawley's farewell to NXT landed 5th of 6.
