Bobby Lashley made his AEW debut at AEW Fright Night Dynamite, confronting Swerve Strickland after Swerve defeated Shelton Benjamin.
Lashley, Benjamin, and MVP and took out Swerve and Prince Nana, leaving them laying as the show came to a close.
MVP stated, "Guess who's back in business" as Dynamite ended.

After Swerve defeated Shelton, MVP was seen on the phone making a call. The lights then went down and Lashley emerged from the back.
Lashley departed WWE over the summer when his contract expired.
MVP made his AEW debut at AEW Dynamite Grand Slam, confronting Prince Nana and wanting to talk business with Swerve. One week later, Shelton was introduced as MVP's new business partner. MVP has been handing out "Hurt Syndicate" business cards to talents like Ricochet, Mercedes Mone, and Lio Rush in previous weeks.
MVP, Shelton, and Lashley were the Hurt Business in WWE, along with Cedric Alexander.
