QT Marshall was able to go the distance with the Ring of Honor World TV Champion Komander in a Proving Ground Match. As a result, he's earned himself a future championship opportunity.
Komander and Marshall faced each other on the January 2 episode of ROH on HonorClub.
Just when it seemed like the champion was going to get the better of Marshall, he was able to roll to the outside of the ring, avoiding a pinfall and surviving the 10-minute time limit, burning himself a future Ring of Honor World TV Championship match. A date for the match has not been set.
