Gabe Kidd On Not Being Booked For NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 19: They Don't Want To See Me Shine

Gabe Kidd has thoughts on not being booked for NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 19.

Sure, Gabe Kidd is booked for NJPW x AEW Wrestle Dynasty in one of the most anticipated matchups on the card against the returning Kenny Omega, but he's still pissed that he's not booked for NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 19.

During a recent interview with Fightful's Sean Ross Sapp ahead of the weekend of events, Kidd aired his grievances about missing the biggest NJPW show of the year. He'd say that he believes New Japan actively doesn't want him to be able to shine.

"Of course I do," said Kidd, when asked if his absence from the card leaves him with any hard feelings. "This is another thing about New Japan, they don’t want to see me shine. They got all their little boys on there. Shota on both shows. Tsuji on both shows. They don’t understand what they have with me, but they’re going to understand after this weekend when I pin who many consider to be one of the greatest wrestlers to ever do it, who I consider just another bum."

Kidd has not kept his words subtle when discussing how he feels about AEW and their working relationship with NJPW. Read what Kidd has to say about Tony Khan at this link.
