Moose will defend his TNA X Division Championship against Ace Austin at TNA Genesis on January 19.
The bout was made official by Santino Marella on the January 2nd episode of TNA iMPACT!.
Moose and Austin exchanged words in the middle of the ring, with Austin originally wanting to challenge Nic Nemeth for the TNA World Title. Moose brought up Chris Bey when baiting Austin during the exchange.
