• Men's Elimination Chamber Qualifier - Triple Threat Match: Drew McIntyre vs. Jimmy Uso vs. LA Knight
• Jey Uso to appear.
• Charlotte Flair to appear.
• Cody Rhodes to appear.
• Women's Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match: Alexa Bliss vs. Candice LeRae.
• Women's Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match: Bianca Belair vs. Piper Niven.

• Joe Tessiotore & Wade Barrett welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening segment.
• Jey Uso walked from the crowd into the ring after an extended entrance. Uso said that it was only right he would confront the WWE Undisputed Champion before calling out none other than Cody Rhodes. Uso told Rhodes he had two choices: either stand against him at WrestleMania 41 or stand with him by being the WWE World Heavyweight Champion at WrestleMania 41. Rhodes said he was proud of Jey Uso winning the 2025 Men's Royal Rumble; however, Rhodes said that to complete his arch as champion he needed to win at WrestleMania 41. As Rhodes & Uso shook hands, The Bloodline (Jacob Fatu & Tama Tonga) interrupted their reunion. Fatu said Rhode took the title from his family and that if anyone was to regain it, it would certainly not be Jey Uso. Uso hit a Thrust Kick on Tama Tonga, but Fatu laid them out. Uso hit a Superkick on Fatu, which was followed by Cody Rhodes hitting a Cody Cutter before they clotheslined Fatu out of the ring.
• Women's Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match: Bianca Belair (w/ Naomi) def. Piper Niven (w/ Chelsea Green) via Pinfall (KOD).
• As Nick Aldis was speaking with Katana Chance & Kayden Carter, Carmelo Hayes interrupted to confront Aldis. Aldis then revealed he had an opponent set for Hayes for tonight, who was revealed to be Akira Tozawa.
• #DIY (Johnny Gargano & Tommasso Ciampa) came to the ring for a promo to brag about retaining the tag titles against Motor City Machine Guns, but they were interrupted by Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince & Kit Wilson), who demanded a shot at the belts. Nick Aldis then appeared and booked Pretty Deadly to face #DIY, with the stipulation being that if Wilson & Prince won, they would get a title shot.
• Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince & Kit Wilson) def. #DIY (Johnny Gargano & Tommasso Ciampa) via Pinfall (O'Connor Roll).
• The Miz tried to recruit Andrade as his rookie, but Andrade responded by saying he learned how to beat him. Cody Rhodes then walked down the aisle before The Miz met him. Miz told him that the new guys did not care for the veterans and said he had Rhodes's back, but Rhodes responded by saying he did not need his help. Miz then tried to instigate issues between Rhodes and Jey Uso after that.
• Drew McIntyre cut a promo ahead of his match, where he said Monday Night Raw was a toxic workplace and said he joined Friday Night SmackDown to get away from that and have his eyes on Cody Rhodes, specifically the Undisputed WWE Championship. Jimmy Uso interrupted, where he told McIntyre no one had taken anything from them and that he needed to focus on himself and LA Knight. McIntyre made a joke about confusing Jimmy Uso and Jey Uso before saying Jimmy would be as popular as Jey if he said "YEET"; however, Jimmy said he was here to get him and vowed to go to WrestleMania 41. LA Knight interrupted and said he had no love for either Jimmy and said there were three guarantees in life: Death, Taxes, And McIntyre crying like a little baby. Knight said he was going to win tonight.
• Men's Elimination Chamber Qualifier - Triple Threat Match: Drew McIntyre def. Jimmy Uso & LA Knight via Pinfall (Claymore on Knight).
• Damian Priest was interviewed by Byron Saxton, where he said he would qualify to the Elimination Chamber; however, Braun Strowman interrupted and told Priest he was facing a maniac (Jacob Fatu) and a monster next week.
• Kevin Owens cut a promo, where he explained that he attacked Sami Zayn on the 2/3 edition of Monday Night Raw, where he said he was traumatized by Zayn making the save for Roman Reigns on the Royal Rumble Match when he only watched as Cody Rhodes destroyed him on the 2/1 edition of the WWE Royal Rumble Event. Owens vowed to make Zayn pay.
• Carmelo Hayes def. Akira Tozawa via Pinfall (Nothing But Net Leg Drop).
