The New Day and Rey Mysterio/Dragon Lee advance in the WWE World Tag Team Championship Contenders Tournament.
Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods made their way to the next round of the tournament on the October 21 edition of Raw, as they defeated Akam and Rezar of The Final Testament. Kingston scored the win for his team after pinning Rezar with a folding press pin.

Later on in the night, Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee faced American Made (Brutus Creed & Julius Creed) in a seperate tournament bout. The Latino World Order were able to defeat American Made via pinfall after a 619/Frog Splash combo.

As a result, Lee/Mysterio and the New Day will now face the War Raiders (Ivar & Erik) in a triple threat tag team bout on the October 28 edition of Raw. The winner of that match will be crowned the number one contenders to the WWE World Tag Team Championships.
