Fletcher scored a victory over Gravity while Moriarty knocked off Tracy Williams and Johnson bested Josh Woods on the December 7 episode of ROH TV to qualify.

The ROH TV Title is currently vacant after Samoa Joe relinquished the title on the November 8 episode of AEW Dynamite.

Dalton Castle and Komander previously qualified for the match.
