- Jey Uso kicks off the show, and the crowd is electric for him. He's legitimately emotional and freezes up several times when thanking the crowd for helping him get to this point. Gunther eventually storms down to the ring with his World Title in hand. He says he's disappointed in the outcome of the WWE Royal Rumble because he's trying to create a legacy for himself, and defeating Uso at WrestleMania, as opposed to Roman Reigns, CM Punk, or John Cena, doesn't do anything for his legacy. He promises to make every week of living hell for Uso if he chooses to fight him. Uso because he's tired of everybody telling him what he can be. He says he will go to SmackDown to confront WWE Champion Cody Rhodes, but he's keeping Gunther in his mind.
- John Cena recap package of his declaration for the upcoming Elimination Chamber. They confirmed that the men's Elimination Chamber will determine the challenger for whoever Jey Uso doesn't choose.
* Penta def. Ludwig Kaiser
- Penta is slated to be interviewed by Jackie Redmond, but Pete Dunne comes out to distract him. This leads to Ludwig Kaiser dropping him with his Spinning Downward Spiral DDT.
- Michael Cole and Pat McAfee recap JD McDonagh's injury, leading to a backstage segment with Judgment Day. Finn Balor is upset that Dominik Mysterio took his regular tag team partner, and now he's hurt. Liv Morgan tries to smooth over tensions by saying Dom got him an opportunity to qualify for the Elimination Chamber. She also promises that they'll listen to him from now on.
- Charlotte Flair is back on Raw. She says she missed the fans, but they keep booing her. She says their reactions don't matter because whether they love her or hate her, she's still the greatest of all time. She says last year broke her, but she fought back, and now she's headlining 'Mania. Out comes 'Mami' Rhea Ripley. As she makes her entrance, Michael Cole runs down the rivalry between Flair and Ripley. Ripley says she respects Charlotte, and it's time for them to go to war again. She wants Charlotte to pick her. She reminds Charlotte that she beat her the last time they wrestled at WrestleMania, but Charlotte reminds Rhea that she picked up the first one against Ripley at WrestleMania 36. Ripley says she was just a kid at the time, and Charlotte says she's rushed things tonight, proving she's still a kid. At that point, Ripley is incensed and practically begs Charlotte to choose her while seething. Having the upper hand, Charlotte reveals that she will go to NXT to get a feel for Giulia and then smack down to get the same read on Tiffany Stratton. However, she will be back next Monday to square off with Ripley.
- Jackie Redmond interviews Sami Zayn. He tells her that he needs to win tonight's match and focus on the chamber to ensure a title match at WrestleMania. She tries to ask him about Kevin Owens, but he sees Jey Uso and shortens the interview to talk to him. Uso is super apologetic for accidentally eliminating Zayn from the Rumble. Zayn hugs him, says it's okay, and wishes him good luck at WrestleMania. Karrion Kross is back to antagonize Zayn. This time, Zayn says that if this continues, they're gonna have a problem
- Ripley is shown walking backstage after a commercial. She meets IYO SKY. SKY teases facing Ripley at WrestleMania. Then, SKY is attacked by Liv Morgan. Ripley tries to chase Morgan off, but Raquel Rodriguez blindsides her with an attack.
- New Day's Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods have a new theme song. It truly is a new day.
* New Day (Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods) def. LWO (Dragon Lee & Rey Mysterio)
- Logan Paul came out in the middle of this one to scout Mysterio. They will be fighting next week in an Elimination Chamber qualifier.
- They show what happened to Roman Reigns at the hands of Seth Rollins at the Royal Rumble. Michael Cole was supposed to provide an update, but he basically says Roman won't allow the medical staff to provide an update outside of the fact that Roman believes he'll be out for the foreseeable future.
- Cathy Kelley interviews CM Punk. He says that the silver lining to his not winning the Royal Rumble is that neither Seth nor Roman did. He apologizes to Sami Zayn fans because he's taking away their possible WrestleMania moment. He says he's more confident about an Elimination Chamber match because he actually won one in the past
- A recap of IShowSpeed in the Royal Rumble is played.
A video package shows that Lyra Valkyria and Bayley will meet in a Chamber Qualifier next week.
* Women's Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match: Liv Morgan (w/ Raquel Rodriguez) def. IYO SKY by DQ
- Rhea Ripley came out to attack Raquel and hit Morgan, so Morgan won by DQ and qualified. SKY wasn't happy with Ripley.
- Backstage, Chad Gable talks to Ivy Nile and Julius & Brutus Creed. He wants them all to win gold by the time he returns from his excursion to meet the person who will help him deal with the dark arts of Lucha Libre. Erik and Ivar, The War Raiders, confronted them.
- Adam Pearce announces that AJ Styles was the final get for WWE Raw via the transfer window. Bron Breakker enters the frame and is more concerned about what's next for him.
- Seth Rollins is out, and he breaks down his experience at the Royal Rumble. He says he's happy for Jey Uso. He's also happy that CM Punk failed and was eliminated by Logan Paul. Then, he talked about Roman. He says he's proud to have hurt Roman, and he doesn't mind telling people the truth because WWE will try to hide it, but he's proud of what he did. Seth says he's now focused on qualifying for the Elimination Chamber in two weeks against Finn Balor. He then calls out Sami Zayn. He hyped him up and said he had to beat Punk and show Punk that he was better than him.
* Men's Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match: CM Punk def. Sami Zayn
Afterward, Punk and Sami shake hands, and Kevin Owens blindsides Zayn. Owens, wearing his Sami Zayn Forever shirt, drops his forever foe with a Package Piledriver for the first time in WWE.
