Lio Rush provides an update on his injury.
At NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 17, Lio Rush suffered a nasty facial injury during his IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Title bout where he teamed with YOH against Catch 22 (TJP & Francesco Akira).
It was announced during NJPW New Year Dash!! that Rush had suffered a broken nose and would not be able to wrestle at New Year Dash!!. On social media, Rush said he had no broken facial bones, but would miss PWG Battle of Los Angeles, which is scheduled for January 7 and 8, and be sidelined for a few weeks.

It is unknown when Lio will return to the ring. Fightful wishes him the best in his recovery.
PWG has not announced a replacement for Lio. He was set to face SB KENTo in the first round of BOLA.
