Lucha Libre star Principe Aereo has passed away at the age of 23
Principe Aereo, whose real name was Luis Ángel Salazar collapsed in the middle of the ring while wrestling for the Mexa Wrestling promotion last night at Arena San Juan Pantitlan in Mexico City, Mexico.
Aereo collapsed after taking two chops to the chest and was immediately taken to the back for medical attention. A report from Mas Lucha notes that Aereo was treated by the designated doctor of the boxing and fighting Commission determined that he should be immediately transferred to the hospital, where despite their efforts, they could not revive him.

Principe Aereo began his career in 2010 and after wrestling in smaller promotions, he got a chance to work for AAA in 2019 and returned earlier this year.
