Speaking with Liam Crowley of ComicBook, Valkyria was asked whether the WWE Speed Women's Title could fill the women's midcard title gap on the main roster.

"I think so. It's definitely going to provide an opportunity for a lot of women in the locker room that are looking to step up. Even if you look at the first round matches, you just don't know [who could win]. Maybe some women are more suited to trying to get the job done in three minutes and we could see people getting that chance to show what they can do that wouldn't normally be in the spotlight," Valkyria said.

Valkyria recently said that competing in the WWE Speed Women's Championship Tournament was a huge opportunity. Check out her comments here.

On the September 3rd episode of NXT, Valkyria made a surprise appearance. More information is available here.
