Main Event Set For Next Week's Smackdown

Well, that was anticlimactic.

After almost a half-hour, SmackDown's 10 Man #1 Contendership Battle Royal ended in a draw when the last two men both appeared to hit the ground at the saime time.

Kind of.

It came down to Luke Harper and AJ Styles, and this was the finish:

Whoops. Where did it go?

Well, ladies and gentlemen, this is highly unusual. It appears that the official WWE Twitter deleted the tweet that showed the finish.

Luckily, we have Italo Santana:

It's quite obvious, even from this obscured angle, that Styles' feet hit first, and yet, the refs were unable to make a decision.

Daniel Bryan came out, conferred with the officials, and pronounced it a draw.

But, he said, there will be a winner determined next week.

So I guess we're getting Luke Harper vs AJ Styles one on one? If so, then wonky finish or no, I'm cool with the ends justifying the means on this one.

Oh, and by the way, in case you were wondering how Luke Harper felt about his (pretty obvious) victory being taken from him:

The Raw GM just had to throw some shade about how poorly this was all handled, too:

He's not wrong, either.
