Mance Warner ends up with the gold.
Mance Warner won the GCW Championship at GCW Cage of Survival in a hectic closing to end the show.
A new champion was set to be crowned after GCW GM Matt Cardona stripped Blake Christian of the GCW Championship due to his failure to show up to his scheduled defense against Joey Janela as he is currently competing in NJPW Best of Super Juniors.
A Gauntlet of Survival match was held with Janela set to enter the match last due to his previously scheduled title shot. Before the show, Janela was attacked at the hotel and was not cleared to compete.
Charles Mason won the Gauntlet of Survival, making him the new GCW Champion. As Cardona counted down for Janela, Nick Gage appeared and officially entered the match. He defeated Mason to win the title. Upset by Gage inserting himself into the match, Cardona stated that Broski Jimmy would be the last man in the match.
Broski Jimmy (Jimmy Lloyd) won the title and the show was set to go off the air, but a heavily taped up Janela arrived. Janela ended up defeating Jimmy to win the title.
Cole Radrick came out to nearly cash in his Grab The Brass Ring title shot, but he was put through a door by Steph De Lander. This paved the way for Mance to hit Janela with a chair and officially cash in his Do or Die title shot. Mance hit the implant DDT on Janela, scored the victory, and won the GCW World Championship.
