They reportedly received an NXT offer in 2015, but opted to re-sign with ROH, who offered more money.

Speaking to AIPT Comics, Mark said that there were plans for them to debut in WWE in 2013.

“We were going to debut with the Wyatt Family,” said Mark.

The debut would have taken place on the July 8, 2013 episode of WWE Raw. The original Wyatt Family consisted of Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper (Brodie Lee in AEW), and Erick Rowan.

The article notes that Jay's past homophobic comments "scuttled" the Briscoes debut. Jay apologized multiple times for the comments he made in 2013.

Sadly, the wrestling world lost Jay in January 2023 following a car accident.

Mark is the reigning ROH Champion. He successfully defend the title against Chris Jericho at AEW WrestleDream.
