Marty Scurll is cashing in.
At the end of the ROH 17th Anniversary Event Press Conference, Marty Scurll appeared and announced he will challenge the ROH World Champion at ROH-NJPW G1 Supercard. Scurll is owed a title shot as a result of winning the 2018 Survival of the Fittest tournament.
Jay Lethal is the current ROH World Champion and will defend the belt against Matt Taven this Friday at ROH's 17th Anniversary Event. Scurll is scheduled to face Kenny King on Friday night. You can watch the entire press conference between Lethal and Taven, including Scurll's challenge, here.
