Masato Tanaka Says He Has Been Granted New Visa, Wants To Wrestle In The United States

Masato Tanaka wants to wrestle in the United States.

Masato Tanaka took to Twitter/X on August 14 and announced that he had been granted a new visa from 2024 to June 2025. He expressed his gratitude and stated that he wanted to go to the United States and wrestle as much as his Japanese schedule allows.

Tanaka previously had a memorable run in FMW and ECW; he had some unforgettable battles with Mike Awesome. The former ECW World Heavyweight Champion has won titles in NJPW and DDT, among other companies. Tanaka remains active in Japan, as he has wrestled for NOAH, DDT, and other companies recently. He competed at a few shows in the United States in April 2024, including Joey Janela's Spring Break 8.
