Matt Hardy isn't going anywhere.
Much has been made of the retirement or non-retirement of Matt Hardy. The Woken One has not been on WWE television since the summer when he and Bray Wyatt lost the Raw Tag Team Titles to the B Team. He last wrestled in a WWE ring on Sept. 15 at a live event in Corpus Christi, Texas. During his time away, Hardy has teased retirement one day and denied reports the next.
Over the weekend, Hardy provided another update on his current WWE status.
No, I am not retired & not going to be retiring anytime soon. I’ve worked my ass off to rehabilitate & have physically been greenlit. My body is in the best shape it’s been in in years & I’m the lightest I’ve been in 20 years. https://t.co/XE1GzBP58A

In recent months, Hardy had been on social media campaigning to be the new General Manager of Raw, but the campaigning stopped when the McMahon family showed up and put an end to authority figures.
It's unknown if or when Hardy will end up returning to television.
