Maven reflects on his assessment of Shawn Michaels.
From 2001-2005, Maven had what he considers to be the coolest job in the world, being a WWE Superstar. In recent months, Maven has been reflecting upon his career on a new YouTube channel. In one of his earliest videos, he rated wrestlers that he worked with. Specifically speaking of Shawn Michaels, Maven spoke of negative experiences with HBK as the WWE Hall of Famer advised him to try and lean less on acting like The Rock.
In his newest YouTube video, Maven was reacting to comments on his channel from fans. In response to a fan suggesting that Shawn Michaels may have been trying to help Maven by wanting him to focus on being the first version of himself rather than a lesser-than version of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. Maven says that he agrees with this take now.
"I agree with you. I think he could have been helping me, but I didn't take it as him trying to prolong my career or trying to help push my career along, but I will give you credit. I do agree. I agree with this one. 100%"
