Michael Oku bests Will Ospreay.
Will Ospreay competed in what was billed as his final independent match on February 18 when he battled Michael Oku in the main event of Revolution Pro Wrestling High Stakes.
After battling for over 40 minutes, Oku was able to best Ospreay, submitting him with a leveraged half-crab.
Oku successfully defended the RevPro Undisputed British Heavyweight Championship in the bout.

After the bout, Ospreay addressed the audience and thanked Tony Khan, who was in attendance, for creating an alternative. Ospreay says he's committed to AEW and will give his best at AEW Revolution.

Ospreay is set to join AEW full-time now that he has finished up his NJPW and independent commitments.
Ospreay will face Konosuke Takeshita at AEW Revolution.
