MJF has a taste for blood.
On the September 4th episode of AEW Dynamite, MJF smashed Daniel Garcia with a glass bottle. He then told Garcia, who had been bloodied, that he would send him to paradise by first taking him to hell at AEW All Out. He then kissed Garcia's bloody forehead and smiled.
MJF then took to Twitter/X to comment by saying that he got a taste of Garcia's blood, and he wanted more.

I want more.
MJF has made plenty of his opponents bleed in the past. He memorably made CM Punk bleed during their unforgettable feud.
In this case, MJF and Garcia have been locked in a bitter rivalry since MJF attacked Garcia on the July 3rd episode of AEW Dynamite. Garcia was absent until he returned at AEW All In, where he interfered in MJF's match against Will Ospreay. On the August 28th episode of AEW Dynamite, Garcia announced that he would face MJF at AEW All Out.
