Ross & Marshall Von Erich will challenge for the MLW Tag Team Titles at MLW Blood & Thunder on January 21 from Dallas, Texas. The titles are currently held by Los Parks, who defended them against 5150 (Slice Boogie & Danny "Limelight" Rivera) at the MLW War Chamber taping on November 6. The bout has yet to air on television.
The match announcement was made on 96.7 The Ticket sports radio
The Von Erichs won the titles in November 2019 when they defeated The Dynasty (MJF & Richard Holliday). The lost the belts in January 2021 to Los Parks in a bout that featured Von Erich's enemy Tom Lawlor as the special guest referee.
MLW Blood & Thunder is the first TV taping for MLW in 2022.
