Naomi advances.
The WWE Speed Women’s Championship Tournament continued on the September 11th episode of WWE Speed. Naomi and Blair Davenport battled it out in a first-round match, and Davenport took control early on. She grounded the former SmackDown Women’s Champion, but Naomi rallied. Davenport rocked her with a kick and suplexed her for a two-count.
Naomi drilled Davenport with a knee to the face. They continued to go back and forth, and Davenport evaded the Rear View. Davenport got a two-count with a German suplex. Naomi fired up again with a Rear View and a sit-out powerbomb. She then made Davenport tap out to punch her ticket to the next round.

Naomi will face IYO SKY in the semifinals. SKY beat Lyra Valkyria in the first round.
On the other side of the bracket, Elektra Lopez will take on Kairi Sane, and Candice LeRae will face Piper Niven.
