Natalya believes Tegan Nox's breakout moment is on its way.
Late last year, Natalya and Tegan Nox would first be rivals, both looking to challenge then NXT Women's Champion Becky Lynch. After their rivalry, they would become a tag team, challenging for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships. While the pair would come up short, they remain a unit, despite some hiccups in the Royal Rumble.
While speaking to Ring The Belle during Royal Rumble week, Natalya spoke about her tag team partner, noting that while their opposites, she believes Tegan's breakout moment is coming.
"I play well with others and everybody wants to be Natty's bestie. Tegan and I had an agreement that, you know, because Tegan and I, we're both opposites. It's like she likes dogs. I like cats. She's low maintenance. I'm high maintenance. She has color in her hair. Natty's hair is very basic. She's a high flyer. I stay grounded. But I love Tegan's passion and I love Like I said, I play well with others, and I love being able to support her because I know she's had a heck of a journey in the industry. She's been wrestling for over 10 years, and I feel like we are just about to see the breakout moment for Tegan, Tegan is really starting to find herself. I feel excited for her, and I'm happy that I can be a support system for her."
Natalya last competed on the March 18th edition of WWE Main Event, losing to Zoey Stark.
