It was announced, via the video below, that the WWE Cruiserweight Championship match between Neville and Akira Tozawa has been moved from SummerSlam and will instead be contested tonight on RAW.
Titus O'Neil is being interviewed by Renee Young, and when she brings up his client's match vs Neville at SummerSlam, he says "he WAS going to have that match at SummerSlam, but a match tonight is so much better!"
And he's so good at selling it, he almost made me believe it.

SummerSlam is a pretty stacked card, but it's a six-hour show (including a two hour pre-show). It would seem they would have 8 to 10 minutes to give to a Cruiserweight Title Match, but perhaps more matches will be added tonight and also tomorrow on SmackDown.
It's still a possibility that something happens during the title match tonight that causes them to have a rematch on Sunday, but that's not what Titus is saying in the video.
