Jon Moxley is the new AEW World Champion.
After the title was vacant for nearly three weeks, a new AEW World Champion has officially been crowned. Moxley won the title after choking out Danielson with his signature bulldog choke. This marks the third time that Moxley has won the title.

The title was vacated back on September 7 after then champion CM Punk was reportedly suspended from the promotion following the events of the backstage brawl that took place at All Out. The past two weeks of AEW programming featured a 'Tournament Of Champions', which concluded on tonight's show.
Moxley held a interim version of the title throughout much of the summer while Punk was out with a foot injury.
