Tyler Bate has become the first man in NXT UK to hold both the UK Championship and the Heritage Cup Championship.
Tyler Bate made it a goal of his upon returning to NXT UK to capture the NXT UK Heritage Cup Championship. Although he came up short in his first attempt at capturing the trophy, on the May 20 edition of NXT UK, he was able to defeat A-Kid with a roll-up in round six to officially win the cup and add to his already impressive legacy.
There was a show of respect between he and A-Kid, the inaugural champion and only champion up until now before Kid left the ring and allowed Tyler bate to celebrate with Trent Seven.
