Theory gets the red carpet treatment for his first title match.
Austin Theory defeated Finn Balor on Monday, April 18, 2022, to win the WWE United States Championship. Following this, Theory received a hero's welcome as many of the WWE Raw locker room heels came out to celebrate with him and hosted him up on their shoulders as he paraded with his first championship.
Then, Vince McMahon himself came out to celebrate with him. Many championships selfies were taken, and Vince McMahon was all smiles as he celebrated with his protege.

Just last week, Austin Theory actually dropped his first name and only goes by Theory from here on out. With no first name anymore, he will be replacing “Austin” with “WWE United States Champion, Theory.”
