Nia Jax comments on Shayna Baszler.
Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler have had a long history in WWE, winning the WWE Women's Tag Team in 2020 and 2021, and now being opponents on WWE Raw.
Speaking to Q1057, Jax was asked if knowing Baszler as a partner makes her an easier opponent.
"She is a great expert at her Judo moves, she is a former UFC fighter. She did take out Ronda Rousey. Ronda Rousey just got sent to a whole other company lesser than us. Shayna does get credit for that. Being so close to her and knowing her every move, I definitely have some good counters. I'm a lot stronger than her. A lot more powerful. I think I'll be okay," she said.
Baszler defeated Rousey in a MMA rules match at WWE SummerSlam, which was Rousey's last match in WWE.
Rousey competed on the November 23 episode of ROH on HonorClub, teaming with Marina Shafir to defeat Athena & Billie Starkz.
