Nick Khan is asked about Donald Trump.
On Tuesday, WWE made two major announcements. First, the company announced that The Rock (Dwayne Johnson) would be joining the TKO Board of Directors. WWE could go on to announce that WWE Raw would be moving to Netflix in January 2025.
While making the media rounds to tout both announcements, Nick Khan and The Rock spoke with Fox News.
Fox News asked them what it meant that both the WWE and UFC audience has an appreciation and celebration of Trump.
Khan replied, "Red states we sell out. Blue states we sell out. It's not what we're focused on. What we're focused on is the in ring product and how it delivers to our fans. If politicians are fans of our product, they are welcome."
Asked if they wanted to see Trump back in the ring, Khan replied, "Listen, Rock against Donald Trump, I don't know how that will work out for Donald Trump in the ring."
Rock chimed in by saying, "How about that ovation he gets when he comes out?"
Khan added, "Big ovation, no question."
Donald Trump is a WWE Hall of Famer who notably appeared at WrestleMania 23 in the Battle of the Billionaires cornering Bobby Lashley against Umaga, who was cornered by Vince McMahon.
