Nikki Cross made Alexa Bliss proud.
Nikki Cross wanted to redeem herself after she inadvertently cost Alexa Bliss the SmackDown Live Women's Championship at Stomping Grounds so tonight on SmackDown, Nikki Cross met the champion Bayley in the ring and if Nikki defeated Bayley, she would earn a Women's Title match for Alexa Bliss that will take place at Extreme Rules. After a series of pinning combinations, Nikki Cross was able to secure Bayley's shoulders to the mat for the victory and earned a title match for Bliss on July 14th.

It was announced by WWE that Kofi Kingston will defend his WWE Championship against Samoa Joe at Extreme Rules but Dolph Ziggler stated during the opening segment of SmackDown that he spoke to management and if he defeats Kofi on tonight's show, he'll be added to Joe and Kofi's match at Extreme Rules.
