The New Japan Cup returns.
NJPW announced that the New Japan Cup 2022 will begin on March 2 as part of the two-night NJPW 50th Anniversary event. The tournament will run throughout the month and conclude on March 27.
As previously announced, the NJPW 50th Anniversary event will be held on March 1.

- March 6: Fukushima - Big Palette Fukushima
- March 9: Tokyo - Korakuen Hall
- March 10: Yamanshi - Aimesse Yamanashi
- March 12: Aichi - Aichi Prefectural Gymnasium
- March 13: Hyogo - Baycom General Gymnasium
- March 14: Kagawa - Takamatsu City Gymnasium 1st Stadium
- March 15: Okayama - Zip Arena Okayama
- March 17: Shizuoka - Twin Messe Shizuoka South Building
- March 18: Tokyo - Korakuen Hall
