Several matches are set for the May 23 episode of WWE NXT.
Noam Dar, who holds the NXT Heritage Cup, will face Nathan Frazer after the latter interrupted Dar's Supernova Sessions talk show with Dragon Lee on the May 16 episode of NXT. Frazer called Dar a fraud and noted that the NXT Heritage Cup had to be defended. Dar agreed to put the Heritage Cup on the line against Lee at NXT Battleground. He then told Frazer he'd face him in a standard match on the May 23 episode.
Plus, the NXT Women's Championship Tournament will continue with two semi-final matches. Tiffany Stratton will face former champion Roxanne Perez, and Lyra Valkyria will take on Cora Jade. The winners will advance to the finals at NXT Battleground on May 27.
Elsewhere on the show, Hank Walker will face Tank Ledger, who pitched the match in the hopes of strengthening their bond as a team.
