NWA Announces Date And Location For 'Alwayz Ready' Pay-Per-View Event

Matt Cardona is a proud NWA World Champion and much like their champion, the National Wrestling Alliance is “Alwayz Ready.”

The NWA has confirmed that their next pay-per-view event will, in fact, be titled after Matt Cardona’s catchphrase and will take place on June 11 at the Knoxville Convention Center in Knoxville, Tennessee. The pay-per-view will be followed by a TV taping the next day.

Billy Corgan, the president of the National Wrestling Alliance, spoke to Knox News to further confirm the event and stated that they will be bringing their A-game to Nashville.

"This is not a house show," Corgan said. "We're bringing our A-game. These are all world-class mashups you're going to get."

Billy Corgan also stated that he would like the promotion to come to Knoxville, at least twice a year, if this pay-per-view is a success.

"My big thing is we really want to animate the local community to come out and support the show," he said. "It's not every day the circus comes to Knoxville."

As of right now, Matt Cardona and Nick Aldis are the only names confirmed to appear. We will continue to provide more updates on this event as more updates are available.
