The next NXT TakeOver is on the books.
NXT announced that NXT TakeOver 36 will take place on Sunday, August 22 from the Capitol Wrestling Center.
The event will be held one night after WWE SummerSlam, which is scheduled for August 21 in Las Vegas.
TakeOver 36 will be the first TakeOver since TakeOver: In Your House, which took place on June 13.

Jon Alba of Spectrum Sports 360 first reported the news of TakeOver taking place on the day after SummerSlam.
Fightful Select reported on June 10, "the working plan is for NXT Takeover the day after Summerslam, but in Orlando at the WWE Performance Center's Capitol Wrestling Center. The show being scheduled for the CWC gives the company flexibility if they opt to move it outside of there."
