New NXT Tag Team Champions will be crowned on night one of NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver.
On Wednesday's NXT it was announced that MSK (Wes Lee & Nash Carter), Grizzled Young Veterans (James Drake & Zack Gibson), and Legado Del Fantasma (Joaquin Wilde & Raul Mendoza) will compete in a triple threat match to crown new NXT Tag Team Champions.
MSK earned an NXT Tag Team Title match by virtue of winning the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic. They defeated Grizzled Young Vets in the finals of the tournament. Legado Del Fantasma lost in the semifinals to MSK.
Regal was forced to vacate the NXT Tag Team Titles after Danny Burch suffered a separated shoulder on last Wednesday's NXT after an awkward suplex spot with Karrion Kross. It was noted that Burch would be out of action for six months.
