Oba Femi has big names he wants to face on the main roster.
Oba Femi is the reigning NXT North American Champion, and looking to become the greatest NXT North American Champion ever, but fans are already clamoring for him to be on WWE Raw or WWE SmackDown.
Appearing on The A Show on RNC Radio, Femi was asked who he'd like to mix it up with on the main roster.
"Gunther. Let me say Ilja (Dragunov), too, because I really wanted to wrestle Ilja before he left NXT. I knew, the writing was on the wall, and I was like, ‘Ah, I might not get to wrestle this guy.’ But Gunther, Ilja, I like people who do simple things well, and I feel like those two are the embodiment of that. I also believe that I fit into that category as well, of just doing simple things well, and I would have loved to see what I could have done with those guys," he said.
Gunther and Ilja are both part of WWE Raw.
Femi is set to defend his NXT North American Title against Wes Lee at NXT Heatwave.
